Hmmm well Luffy is a girl Cosplayer so of course there's going to be a hight difference. Hmmmm you really shoulden't care about if the look chunkier or fat. I've seen really really really bad pics of Nami. I mean the person that did them was really really really chubby. So I would say this is on the better side then the ones I've seen.
